7. Remembering to email conference call follow up notes.
8. Checking tracking the status of gifts on the way to you.
9. Resisting the urge to engage nay sayers.
10. When prospects come in at a higher level than what I'm qualified for. This has happened to me 4 times. Two people got involved at the $10,000 level, 1 at the $5000 level, and 1 at the $1000 level. I missed out on $26,000.
