Easy steps to prepare for a psychic reading

Posted by patrick

By Sara Leyton

If you are considering of getting a psychic reading done, to get answers and guidance in your life or a certain situation, there are a few easy steps to make sure you are getting the most out of your reading.

1. Often people think that a psychic will tell them exactly what will happen in the future, and that they themselves has a passive roll to what will happen.

This is not the case and one of the most important things to consider in preparation for your psychic reading.

Psychic readings do tell you what is likely to happen in your future if you stay on your current path but you always have free will and can change any outcome you may have discovered through your reading. Psychics can tell you what can happen depending on the path you choose but ultimately it is up to you to choose your path and make your own future.

2. When you go to your psychic reading go with an open mind. Prepare for you reading by thinking about or meditating on the questions you want answers to. Open your mind to all possibilities and help the psychic connect with your energy.

3. Genuine psychics do not ask a lot of questions. They only need some very basic information about you and to know what your questions are. Because true psychics do not ask you many questions it is important to think of the questions you want to ask before you go because you should not engage in a conversation about yourself revealing what you want to know.

4. Make sure to have realistic expectations on your psychic. No psychic is right all the time and one that claims to be is usually a fake. All psychics use different techniques to read your energy, some use feelings and words, some use objects and pictures, and sometimes it is impossible for a psychic to do a genuine reading if they cannot connect to your energy.

5. Trust your intuition. A psychic will help you to interpret and understand the meaning of your reading but when analyzing hat it means to your life it is very important to trust your intuition. The first thought or idea on what a certain part of your reading means to your life is usually the right one. To much analyzing and thought put into the reading is usually not helpful, trusting yourself and your intuition is.

Most important, go to your psychic reading with an open heart, mind and realistic expectations.

Applying The Golden Rule In Business And Your Career

Posted by patrick

By Christina Helwig

Remember the Golden Rule? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. By applying this concept in your business or career you will rocket yourself to success and set yourself apart from the competition.

How To Live The Golden Rule In Business

Sometimes its hard to hold yourself to the Golden Rule standard. Things annoy us, customers can be unreasonable and co-workers can be, well co-workers. It takes a great deal of mental effort to be unemotional about a situation that is not to our liking and consciously hold ourselves to a higher standard. No matter what is going on around us we can always treat the people we deal with in business with respect and understanding.

The customer that yells at you might have a sick relative in the hospital, the co-worker that is curt with you might be going through a divorce, venders that do not get back to you might be exceptionally busy. There are countless reasons that situations arise in the workplace where we feel that someone has slighted us or just not given us the respect we think we deserve.

Regardless of how we are treated, we can always respond to others differently. When someone is yelling, we can talk in a calm manner. When someone is being petty we can take the higher road and not become emotionally involved with the situation. It might be difficult to do at times but by taking a breath before you respond to a situation your results will be better.

Act As If You Are On The Other Side Of the Transaction

You should always put yourself on the other side of a transaction. Think about what would I want if I was in this persons shoes? This goes for customers and all the people you come into contact with at your place of work. This doesnt mean that you need to let people walk all over you. Your concern is that you are being reasonable, respectful and that your customer or co-worker comes away from the interaction satisfied that they were dealt with fairly.

By always thinking about what you would want if you were on the other side of the table, your meetings will go more smoothly and you will be much more effective. If you are a salesman you will sell more because you are thinking of your customers needs and wants instead of your own. Review all your actions and think to yourself is this how I would want to be treated? Try to structure each transaction so that it is a win-win for all involved.

Using The Golden Rule With Competitors

Often overlooked is the relationship that you have with your competitors. Have you ever talked to a salesman that is bashing a competitors product? Does it give you a negative feeling? Bashing others products or work will never help your business. Your focus should always be on the benefits that you can offer your customer. Applying the Golden Rule with your competitors is a necessary aspect of your thinking. Sometimes you might not have the right solution for a customer and your competitor does. If the tables were turned you would want your competitor to refer that customer to you. Making referrals will ultimately help you build trust with your customer and with competitors.

People think that the marketplace is limited and that they have to fight their way to the top in their careers and business. Your success is solely due to the quality of your work or products. The simple answer to competition is to make your product the best it can be. Constantly think to yourself how can I improve this? Real champions of business know the only person they need to compete with is themselves.

How to Make a Tobacco Habit

Posted by patrick

By Patrick Glancy, BCH

Imagine you wanted to start a habit. A strong, automatic way of thinking and acting. How do you start a habit like this? There are three basic ways; emotions, authority figures, and repetition.

Let's use an example.

We need a person to use for our example. Let's use you, when you were 10 to 14 years old. For the sake of discussion, let's use the smoking habit. Ok?

When you were in that age range we can assume you were learning about your life and how you fit into it. You may not have felt as sure about yourself.

You may have felt self-conscious, dependent on others, powerless, not good enough, or just not as capable as you would have liked to feel. Let's call this feeling "bad". Now, this doesn't mean you felt miserable, but, did you feel as "good" as you wanted to feel? Did you feel as "good" as you believed other people felt?

Possibly, (probably) not. Which would mean you wanted to feel better, or at least as good as you thought other people feel. What would make you feel better? That depends on the influences in your life to that point.

Experiences that teach you smoking is strong, capable, tough, independent, self-assured, unique, and feels "good". Experiences that involve emotions, authority figures and repetition. Of course advertisements do this, so do parents and family members. Are these experiences repeated? Of course.

This would start a feeling in your mind, the beginning of a craving. A part of you that believes smoking is what your life needs to fix the bad feeling. Not just in a "knowing" way, but a "feeling" way. This concept will make the most sense to someone whom has tried to quit any strong habit, you know your "feelings" are stronger than your "knowing" any day.

Eventually you smoked your first cigarette, and DID feel better, sort of. You weren't too good at smoking the first time. You had to practice to get good at it. And you did.

Time passes and you continue to reinforce the emotional associations with your triggers. If you feel tired, stressed or angry, you want to smoke to get that refreshing "ahhhh" feeling.

People that have tried to quit smoking have spent a lot of time analyzing their habit, fighting themselves for control of cravings. But, you didn't learn the smoking habit with the thinking and analyzing part of your mind, so why try to use that part of your mind to change the habit?

It is common sense to quit smoking using the same elements that created the habit. A "hypnotized" mind, along with emotions, authority figures and repetition. These are the elements of modern hypnosis.

Useful tips for study motivation

Posted by patrick

By Ethan Beh

Finding it hard to get study motivation? Have a big test coming up but just not motivated to study? Fallen back on your classes but still not able to get yourself to pick up the books?

Well you're not the only one feeling this way. Whether you are currently a student studying in school or an adult picking up new knowledge, all of us have experienced lack of motivation to study. This is especially so when the subject you're studying interests you as much as watching paint dry!

Fortunately, with will power, determination and some simple tips & techniques, anyone can turn that dislike into motivation for studying. Use the tips below for increase your study motivation.

1. Schedule time to study. Make sure that you schedule time to study. Don't get into the habit of just studying only 'when you feel like it'. Set your study schedule beforehand and make sure that you stick to it. Revolve all other activities around that schedule. Take your study time seriously and make it almost sacred. Nothing should interfere with it.

2. Get started with the 5 minute principle. The most difficult part in studying is getting started. The beginning is the toughest challenge. However, once you have got some momentum, things start to get easier and easier.

To help yourself get started, this is what you can do, whenever you're not motivated to start studying, just plan to study for 5 minutes. That's it, just 5 minutes. Tell yourself that you'll be studying seriously for 5 minutes then you'll stop.

When you do this, what happens is that after studying seriously and intensely for those 5 minutes, your studying momentum would have already gained some serious traction. By that time you will want to continue studying and not feel like stopping.

3. Stop/start at the fun part. When having to stop for breaks, meals or other activities, plan to stop when you're at a fun part of the subject. The parts that are more interesting and enjoyable to you. This way, when you continue to study later, it'll be much easier to get started because you'll be starting at the fun parts.

4. Remove distractions from your surroundings. When you got the TV, phone, computer, bed, magazines etc nearby, you'll be easily tempted to throw your books aside. Try to remove as many distractions away from you as possible. When the remote is right next to you, you're more likely to pick it up. Same with your phone, laptop etc. But if you have to walk all the way across to another part of the house to watch TV chances are you'll be less likely to do it.

5. Set study goals. People will naturally be more motivated whenever there is a target to aim at. If you set study goals, you will be determined rise up to the challenge and push yourself to reach those goals. The satisfaction that you get from meeting those study goals will drive you to want to study even more and set even higher goals.

Why Is Chakra Meditation So Important?

Posted by patrick

By Gillian Tamzeen

Chakras are focal points of energy within the body that each and every person has. Whether we realize it or not, our chakras impact and affect our reality and they either help us completely experience life (when they are aligned and balanced) or they prevent us from enjoying life (when they are blocked or out of balance).

Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means energy, and while its roots are Hindu, energy is not partial to a religion. Energy is in fact universal and every single person on this Earth has these energies. The chakra is really the vortex that this energy flows through and manifest physically. The chakras are the channels by which universal energy can flow in and out of our aura.

Making sure that our chakras are aligned and balanced make it possible for us to open our minds and get a better understanding of what our true spiritual nature is. Keep in mind that most people are not balanced and their chakras are not aligned. That is why chakra meditation is so important. To begin chakra meditation it is important you know where the chakras are located and what they do.

Situated in important areas of your body like the heart and the top of the head, the chakras influence the organs which surround them and they also play a part in proper energy flow. The number of chakras in your body is seven.

Your first chakra is call the Root Chakra and sits at the base of your spine. Governed by this chakra are your constitution and general health. This chakra is representative of our physical bodies and its relation between the physical and mental aspects of human nature. Each chakra has a color and red is the color of the Root Chakra.

The second chakra is the Naval Chakra and it is founding the lower abdomen. This chakra is tied to the acts of giving and receiving as well as our physical feeling of love, sexuality, passion and pleasure. When you are experiencing feelings of harmony, selflessness, generosity and creativity you will feel it in this chakra. The color for the Naval Chakra is orange.

Next we have our Solar Plexus Chakra which is found just below our chest. This chakra is where our will and our sense of change or transformation is located. Our concentration and control of our own personal energies stem from this chakra. Self control and our discipline of our ego is also found here. The color for this chakra is yellow.

Your fourth chakra is the Heart Chakra, which can be found at the center of your chest. This chakra is representative of your feelings of compassion, love and understanding. Love which goes beyond the physical aspect is part of this chakra. Green is the color of this chakra.

The fifth chakra is the Throat Chakra, sited between the chin and the sternum. This chakra governs communication. The Throat Chakra lets us understand the power of honest speech to convey truth, kindness and wisdom. The color of the Throat chakra is sky blue.

Also known as the third eye, the sixth chakra is called the Brow Chakra and is located in the forehead, between the eyebrows. This chakra is responsible for insight, imagination and intuition. This is the chakra which lets you look inward to examine your own soul. Peace of mind and an experience of the divine is also located here. This chakra's color is indigo.

The seventh and final chakra is the Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head. This is the chakra which directly relates to the mind and spirit. The Crown Chakra is what allows us to examine our own consciousness and our place in the universe. The higher self is related to the Crown Chakra, whose color is violet.

Knowing the location and function of each chakra will assist you in chakra meditation. There are meditations which you can use to align all of your chakras and meditations which focus on one chakra at a time.

Birmingham IT Training

Posted by patrick

By Scott Edwards

What better way to tackle your IT training in Birmingham, than on state-of-the-art, internationally renowned programmes that are brought to you on discs? This interactive training environment makes learning a much easier option.

Learning is very 'hands-on' for students training with this method. Lessons come from world-class teachers who deliver their tutorials in a classroom environment. They then carry out demonstrations, and then students copy what they've learned.

Students are well supported on the best of these IT training packages. Career courses are backed-up by 24 hour online support systems, with instructors who can answer questions about the course anytime of day or night. So no matter when you choose to study, help is always available.

It's understandable that adults looking to retrain initially think that it will involve going to a college. But having to attend an actual training centre on a regular basis is very time-consuming, and requires a big commitment. Training interactively on CD/DVD ROMs means that you don't have to leave your home in Birmingham to study.

By watching and listening to instructors on full-motion videos, you'll feel as though you're learning in a one-to-one teaching session. When you feel confident you understand, you can interact with software on the discs to practise the whole thing yourself. All this for much less than college courses.

Before you start the process of training, to help you with your career progression you should look at the following:

* Which type of work will suit me? What exactly will I be doing? Will it suit my personality?

* Which IT qualifications should I be going for to give me the best chance in industry?

* How can I be sure I'm learning up-to-date course content, and will it fulfill my ambitions?

* Will I get help finding a job - and what will that help consist of?

Look for a company with a team of advisors who have the skill and experience to guide you through the process.

At the time of writing this, 26% of the IT jobs in the UK are vacant. That's about 300,000 jobs waiting to be filled, in an industry that pays much better than the average. There are great opportunities waiting for you, once qualified.

Do You Really Use Your Imagination To Get What You Want In Life?

Posted by patrick

By Ray Stendall

We are able to create pictures on the screen of our mind of anything we want to have, do or become. Do you remember when you were a child how rich and vivid your imagination was? Do you remember the level of enjoyment you had imagining the places you would go, the things you would have and who you would become? Why is it that as we age our ability to use our imagination to continue to get what we want diminishes? Is it a lack of imagination or simply a lack of effective use of our imagination?

One of the greatest gifts that we have an as human beings is our imagination. When was the last time you thought about how you use this incredible gift? Do you realize that imagination is one our intellectual factors which governs everything we have and who we become in life? Human beings are the only creatures on Earth that have the capacity to hold an image on the screen of their mind until it is realized in the physical world. Everything on earth was created twice. The car you drive in and the house that you sleep in was first envisioned in the mind of a designer or an architect. Artists hear songs or see mental images of the picture they want to paint in their mind before they ever write a single note or lift their paint brush. Things are created once in the mind and second in the physical world.

Do you remember when you were a child how vivid your imagination was? What changed as you grew up? Anyone who has ever watched an infant for some time and observed how they view the world cannot help but be impressed. We are attracted to babies based on their purity, sense of wonder and the level of joy that they express wherever they are. Somehow as we grow we change because of societal pressure and abandon some of the characteristics we once exhibited as a child. One of the primary skills that we somehow loose in the mix is the use of our valuable imagination.

Through traditional educational systems our imagination and creativity is suppressed and stilted. One key to moving forward to achieve your goals is to know exactly what you want in all aspects of your life. When we really know what we want we should be able to see a picture of the desire in our mind. Do you know what you want? Many people I ask this question to have no idea what they really, really want and unfortunately are no where near achieving even basic or simple goals.

Our imagination has led to the development of many incredible things. Think of all the modern devices you use every day and cannot live without. Your cell phone, computer or even that airplane you used on your last vacation. Without imagination none of these inventions would have been possible. Let me ask you an important question: over the last six months how many really exciting ideas have you thought about? Have they been based on what you really want or what you think you could get?

If you thought of different ideas think about this next question: what did you do to capture these ideas for future use? Do you write these ideas down? Do you make a picture of what you envisioned? If you wrote down your ideas, answer my next question. Would this idea make a positive difference in your life? Is the idea you imagined on purpose with what you want in your life?

If you have answered Yes to all these questions you have a clear understanding of your definite chief aim as Napoleon Hill would say. If you have got this far I would like to congratulate you. The fact you have a clear picture of where you want to be in your life and that you have a definite chief aim, puts you in the top 4% of the population. The most important question is what have you done about your ideas? Did you form a clear plan of action and have you been working your plan with persistence and determination?

In this article I have asked you many questions to try to really make you think. I hope you see that your imagination is one of the starting points for unfoldment of who and what you become in life. Your imagination is the path to achievement and will dictate everything obtain in the future including your health, wealth, quality relationships and success. If you have not been able to successfully answer the above questions I encourage you to spend some time thinking about them, return to this article and write down your answers to my questions. I assure you that if your dream is to become very successful in all aspects of your life, you need to pay attention to this important homework assignment.

More Chakra Balance Secrets: Food, Gemstones and Sound waves

Posted by patrick

By Christy Tanner

If you want to learn about the concept of chakra balance you have to understand chakra's in general first. Chakras are our energy stations or centers. Chakras are your openings in your body for life energy to flow in and out of your aura.

Chakras associate with our mental, emotional and physical activity and one of their functions is developing the self conscious as well as revitalizing the bodies physical energy

What does a chakra look like, you might wonder. Most often they are likened to the appearance of a lotus flower, since they are have the appearance of a being funnel in their shape, with smaller funnels within the larger funnel.

Everyone has seven chakras and every chakra has a corresponding color association. Here we will learn of each chakra, the benefit of chakra balance and how they work to relieve stress and enhance your life and well being.

There are seven chakra's starting from the base of your spine and ending at your head. They are the root chakra, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye or brow and ending at the crown chakra.

To achieve chakra balance, you should eat specific foods that encourage the grounding and revitalization of energy to your chakras. You may find this list of foods helpful for balancing your chakras.

Root Chakra: Beans, beets, carrots, eggs, garlic, meat, parsnips, potatoes, radishes and tofu products.

Sacral chakra can be feed by melons, mangos, strawberries, almonds, honey, cinnamon and more.

For you solar plexus chakra, this will help with self-esteem, try eating flax seed, cereal, milk, cheeses, ginger, mints, and others.

Heart Chakra: Basil, broccoli, green tea, kale, sage, spinach and thyme. These types of foods and spices aid in healing any emotional pain.

Next is your throat chakra and to help to speak truth try eating lemons, limes, kiwi, salt , lemon grass, apples, pears, and plums.

Brow Chakra: Black berries, blueberries, lavender, poppy seeds and red grapes encourage the awakening of the sense of the third eye.

Finally to aid in opening, cleansing and balancing the crown chakra, you will find such incense as frankincense, copal, sage, juniper and myrrh, as they are beneficial in enhancing spiritual communications.

Keep in mind this list is only a fraction of the types of spices, drinks and food products useful for chakra balance. To achieve a chakra balance, however, you will need to learn to gain better focus on the chakra centers of your body.

Gemstones also play an important role in chakra balance, while laying a gemstone upon each chakra point. Each chakra can reach the well being of balance by leaving a gemstone on the area for at least three to five minutes, depending of course on the level of balance you feel each chakra requires. To do this, you will begin with the root chakra and work your way up the body.

You may choose to use any type of gemstone, however, you should be aware that some individuals recommend particular gemstones for each chakra center, although the choice of gemstone may vary from one individual to another. You can easily test the theory by alternating gemstones until you find your perfect match. You may notice a humming once you have your gemstones in place on your chakras, or perhaps a feel good feeling when utilizing the best gemstones. If you experience any negative feelings, or the gemstone just does not feel right, remove it and do not use it for chakra work at all.

After experimenting with various gemstones, you will find the perfect gemstone that feels good to you. Once you find the best gemstone for your use, you should make a list of the gemstone you use as well as the chakra you use it on. For instance, some individuals may use a lapis lazuli for the throat chakra, however if it is not comfortable for you, it is not the best gemstone to use on your chakras. You should never feel as though you have done something wrong when a recommended gemstone does not feel right for you.

You can achieve chakra balance all at once, by placing your gemstones on each chakra center at the same time, leaving them in place for anywhere between three to twenty-five minutes, depending upon how much balance you feel your chakra requires.

Many people are finding that the easiest and quickest way to achieve chakra balance is by using the latest audio technology which balances your own chakras by reproducing the sound frequency associated with each one.

All you need do is to listen via headphones and your chakras automatically become balanced!

Choosing an MCSA Course

Posted by patrick

By Scott Edwards

If you are considering a career in network support then the Microsoft MCSA course is an ideal qualification for you. Whether you're about to join the IT industry or already have experience but no certificate, there's a range of courses to fit either requirement.

Each of these scenarios needs a different solution, so make sure you're on the right training programme before getting your credit card out. Find an organisation that takes the time to understand you, and what you're looking to do, and one that has the ability to give you the information you need to make your decision.

They should be able to explore your likes and dislikes in the working environment, and your personality to find the best job role for you. Then you need them to explain a day in the life of that role to check you're happy with your choice.

Once you're happy, choose a course to suit your current skill level so you're not dropped in at the deep end! Only choose recognised training courses that are in demand in industry.

The latest training courses are supplied on a set of discs which comprise of world class video tutorials, detailed on-screen demonstrations and interactive environments where you can gain hands-on practical experience. You will find this the easiest and most natural way to study - you can rewind as often as you like, and it completely eliminates the need for reading manuals.

When studying for an MCSA course you'll need full support. Unfortunately many colleges only offer 'office hours' support - backed up with an out-of-hours message system. They claim this is 24/7 support but you're unable to communicate with a tutor at the most common times students study i.e. evenings and weekends. So if you are studying alongside a job, be warned.

You need REAL 24/7 support - when you need assistance, there should be a team of tutors available to help you there and then, avoiding frustrating interruptions to your training.

There's no need to attend classroom based lessons as the quality of this training environment is far better, and you can have personal attention from the comfort of your own home. It also eliminates the need to travel away from your home and family whilst training.

Ensure your chosen course includes some kind of exam practice software, preferably Microsoft authorised. These enable you to practice the pace of the exam, the level of difficulty and the way the questions are asked. You'll be able to measure yourself and know when you're ready to sit the real thing. Without such a tool - it's unlikely you'll pass first time.

Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.

When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane?

It didn't make any sense. It wasn't logical, so I dismissed the story.

However, I heard it again a year later. I heard that the therapist had used a Hawaiian healing process called ho 'oponopono. I had never heard of it, yet I couldn't let it leave my mind. If the story was at all true, I had to know more.

I had always understood "total responsibility" to mean that I am responsible for what I think and do. Beyond that, it's out of my hands. I think that most people think of total responsibility that way. We're responsible for what we do, not what anyone else does. The Hawaiian therapist who healed those mentally ill people would teach me an advanced new perspective about total responsibility.

His name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. We probably spent an hour talking on our first phone call. I asked him to tell me the complete story of his work as a therapist. He explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for four years. That ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous. Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit.

Dr. Len told me that he never saw patients. He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he worked on himself, patients began to heal.

"After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely," he told me. "Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed."

I was in awe.

"Not only that," he went on, "but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. We ended up with more staff than we needed because patients were being released, and all the staff was showing up to work. Today, that ward is closed."

This is where I had to ask the million dollar question: "What were you doing within yourself that caused those people to change?"

"I was simply healing the part of me that created them," he said.

I didn't understand.

Dr. Len explained that total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life - simply because it is in your life--is your responsibility. In a literal sense the entire world is your creation.

Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life.

This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy--anything you experience and don't like--is up for you to heal. They don't exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you. The problem isn't with them, it's with you, and to change them, you have to change you.

I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho 'oponopono means loving yourself. If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone--even a mentally ill criminal--you do it by healing you.

I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing, exactly, when he looked at those patients' files?

"I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again," he explained.

That's it?

That's it.

Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, your improve your world. Let me give you a quick example of how this works: one day, someone sent me an email that upset me. In the past I would have handled it by working on my emotional hot buttons or by trying to reason with the person who sent the nasty message. This time, I decided to try Dr. Len's method. I kept silently saying, "I'm sorry" and "I love you," I didn't say it to anyone in particular. I was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance.

Within an hour I got an e-mail from the same person. He apologized for his previous message. Keep in mind that I didn't take any outward action to get that apology. I didn't even write him back. Yet, by saying "I love you," I somehow healed within me what was creating him.

I later attended a ho 'oponopono workshop run by Dr. Len. He's now 70 years old, considered a grandfatherly shaman, and is somewhat reclusive. He praised my book, The Attractor Factor. He told me that as I improve myself, my book's vibration will raise, and everyone will feel it when they read it. In short, as I improve, my readers will improve.

"What about the books that are already sold and out there?" I asked.

"They aren't out there," he explained, once again blowing my mind with his mystic wisdom. "They are still in you."

In short, there is no out there.

It would take a whole book to explain this advanced technique with the depth it deserves. Suffice it to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there's only one place to look: inside you.

"When you look, do it with love."

-Dr. Joe Vitale

Are You Making the Most Common Mistakes People Make With Time

Posted by patrick

By Christina Helwig

Everyone has 24 hours in a day to spend or invest, no more, no less. How you choose to use that time makes a big difference in the quality of your life. It also makes a difference in how long it takes for your goals to materialize.

How we "spend" our time

We spend time when what we do does not benefit us in the future. Watching t.v. for example is "spending time." After that program is over an hour is gone and you have nothing to show for it except a little enjoyment. The same can be said for occupying yourself with menial tasks that could be handled by another person. You have a small benefit but no lasting effects.

How we "invest" our time

Investing time is when you do something that benefits you in the future. Reading a book on your area of expertise is an example. You are giving up the time to read the book for the reward that the increased knowledge will bring you in the future. Working out is another example of investing your time. That hour on the treadmill has a lasting benefit for you by increasing your health, flexibility, strength and stamina.

Change your activities to investment activities

Once you start to look at activities as either "spending" or "investing" activities you can start to make rapid progress towards your goals. By cutting down on spending your time on unproductive activities and actions, you increase the amount of time you have to really make things happen in your life.

Take an investment / spending audit

The first thing you will want to do is take an investment / spending audit of your time. For an entire week you will write down what you spend or invest your time on, even if you just sit down and watch the news for 15 minutes. Write down everything. The easiest way to do this is to print off a time sheet from Outlook that has 15 minute intervals that encompasses your waking hours. Be honest with yourself and keep an accurate count of your activities.

Trim your "budget"

When you have your time audit completed, go through it and find where you are spending time instead of investing it. Can you cut back on the t.v. watching time, the time you spend on the phone for no real purpose or even on some of the menial chores that could be hired out? Once you have your top time wasters identified think about the activities that would move you closer to your goal in the shortest amount of time.

Convert your schedule

Take an hour and plan out your new schedule and then print it off and hang it everywhere: near the t.v., on the fridge and by your desk. You want to see this new schedule everywhere you look so that it acts as a constant reminder that you have "better" things to do with your time.

Make it happen and take action!

For your new schedule to pay dividends you must act on it and break your old time spending habits. All the good intentions in the world do nothing if you don't act on them. Everyday make sure that you are checking your schedule and doing what you have planned for that time slot. If you make sure to follow your new schedule and you invest your time instead of spending it you will be amazed at how quickly you move closer to your goals.

Weight Loss - The Importance Of Muscle

Can you imagine yourself having lost 60% of your muscle mass? Its frightening to think how it would be possible to cope with everyday life. Unfortunately, this is what happens to millions of people.

Theres a further problem. Your vanishing muscle mass reduces the effectiveness of your metabolism. Why? Because muscles are very effective at burning calories. Lose muscle and the consequence is weight gain. Couple increased weight with a low muscle mass and you have a recipe for disaster.

One of the added bonuses is that by regenerating muscle tissue you also help to strengthen your bones as well. Your metabolism also benefits too as regenerated muscle burns away the calories and you are able to have much more control over your weight.

Hidden Psychological Trigger Helps With Weight loss

Posted by patrick

By Dorthy Weatherbush

You're fat! Husky, hefty, stocky, rotund, plump, portly, chubby, chunky, corpulent: fat. You can see it when you look in the mirror, when you go shopping, when you step on that scale. It may have snuck up on you one meal at a time. Maybe you have been heavy all your life. Whatever the case may be, you have determined that today is the big day. Your journey to slim begins today.

But how? There are of course the common answers. Good diet and proper exercise. Of course, you reply. I knew that already, and I knew you'd tell to do it. But really, how do I do it? Where do I begin? What diet, which exercise? What happens if it doesn't work? Well, you are going to be fat, just the way you are now.

The hardest part on the journey to weight loss will not be in the gym. Sweating will not be what brings you down. Your downfall will come very slowly. You start off excited and energetic, and then the doubt will set in. Or maybe the worry, or the time constraints. What can you do to deal with all of these things? What is the miracle key to finally dropping the weight that is holding you down for so long? The answer is easy. The highway to thin just got a little less hard.

The one most important factor to getting to successful weight loss is this: figure out why you're doing it. Why do you want to lose weight? Yes, you want to be healthy and look great, but what is it that truly lights your fire? Think about is: envision yourself thin. What is it that you are doing, where are you going to, what are you wearing? This is your answer. Write it down on paper. Flesh it out until it is exactly the moment you are working toward.

If you desire to be healthier, more attractive, and keep up with your kids, your 'why' may be "to play softball wearing short shorts in the park." Make it as real for yourself as it is going to be. Write it down on paper somewhere. Give yourself at least ten good 'whys'. Now you have written them and they are in stone. Use these as reminders of why you are doing what you are doing and use them as motivation to continue. Is it a vacation that you desire?

A picture of the small seats on European public transportation will remind you to keep on that treadmill. A clothes catalog in the take out menu drawer will magically remind you how to make a salad. Your weight loss journey and the motivation it takes to make it triumphant are very personal, but your whys shouldn't be. Remember to share them with them people close to you. Telling others about your goals will give you yet another reason to do well.

Regardless of what it is, your answer lies within you. Your reason why will ultimately be the driving force behind all that you do in your life. In this particular instance, having your why will be the force that forces you to act (or not act) in order to achieve your goal. Your why will get you up out of bed or off the couch. It will lace your trainers. Your why will make that salad look great and the sore muscles feel victorious. Armed with your own personal secret weapon, your success is all but guaranteed.

Never Tell Your Child We Cant Afford It Again!

Posted by patrick

By Christina Helwig

The words We Cant Afford It sets up a lack and limitation mindset in your childs psyche. They get a little achy feeling inside and never really understand why the family cant afford something. Your child will start the process of holding themselves back from things they want based on your words. This mentality also sets up lack and limitation in your own mind. You instantly cut yourself off from ideas and solutions to a cash crunch. Inside your subconscious mind you blame yourself for not being able to fulfill your childs wants and dreams. The only thing that can come out of this statement is a negative feeling: for both you and your child. I suggest that you approach these delicate situations with two tricks that will work wonders if you let them.

Helpful Hint #1: Sit Down With Your Child And Show Them Your Budget

Yes, that's right I said show them your budget. This of course infers that you actually have a budget. If you do not have a budget use a spreadsheet program and make one after you finish reading this article. Include everything you spend money on during an average month. Dont forget to average in things like hair cuts, school clothes and car insurance that you pay every few months or so. It is also very important to include fun in your budget. You spend money on movies, eating out, lattes and toys for the kids anyway right? Lastly when creating your budget include a savings plan and a cushion for unexpected items.

You might have a problem with the budget. You might already be running at a negative amount. At the very least this process will allow you to see how much in the red you are each month so that you can apply helpful hint #2 below to fill-in the gap. Your budget should be realistic and you should execute it each month. If you consistently outspend your budget in certain areas like food, you need to either stick to your plan or increase that area of spending.

Explaining A Budget To Your Child

Budgets are typically something that a child under the age of 13 might have a hard time grasping. You will need to improvise with them and put the budget into terms they can understand. Depending on their age, get a bag of M&Ms and use that to discuss the budget. Have them count the number of M&Ms in the bag and then write it on a piece of paper. Once they have done this tell them how many M&Ms you pay in rent each month. Then have your child push those into a circle on a piece of paper with rent written inside it. Continue with this process until you have worked through your budget [or a minor version of it] and have run out of M&Ms.

When it comes time to talk about the toy, lesson or other item that your child wants talk to them about how much the thing costs. Tell them that it costs X M&Ms and that for this month you have already used your M&Ms up. This sounds silly but they will understand it. Show them which categories you absolutely must put M&Ms into each month like rent, gas, and utilities. Then show them the discretionary categories that you spend in. Show them that if the family gives up cable then they can have the toy they want and vice versa. Ask your child if they prefer to have t.v. for the month or the toy etc. If you are truly struggling make the choice dramatic. But keep the game fun. Never make them feel bad for wanting to have the things they want. Tell your child they can have them but either they have to save for them or give up something else for a little while.

Helpful Hint #2: Think Up Ways You Can Afford It With Your Child

The next exercise you should do with your child is sit down and brainstorm on ways you can afford what they want. Make sure you discuss all the trade-offs involved and have them do the bulk of the work to acquire the item. This will build pride and self-confidence in your child. They also might reevaluate whether they actually want the toy in the first place. Some well placed chores to earn an allowance can get rid of the I want it, I want It syndrome that seems never ending.

Some of your brainstorming can include your child mowing lawns, doing gardening for the neighbors, completing extra chores, babysitting or otherwise taking an active role to earn money to pay for the item. You can also tell your child that you will match them dollar for dollar for any money they earn to acquire the thing they want.

Lastly, continue to discuss trade-offs that you can make. Can you cut out things from your budget that are really not helping you. Maybe eat out one less time a month or work a few extra hours of overtime? Taking these measures will not only help your child, it will help you get some breathing room in your budget so that you are not stressed and financially unstable.

Your brainstorming session should definitely include ways that you too can earn some extra money. Maybe you can joint babysit with your child and you give them a portion of the money you earn for helping. There are always people looking for help. While some jobs might not be the most desirable they get you to where you want to be and will help you provide the life you want to give your family.

Open Up to Possibility

These two processes will help you and your child think of positive ways to change a situation. Your child will learn to focus on possibility and will not focus on limitation or what they cant have. Often their little minds will come up with things you never thought of to make something work. You as a parent will have a better understanding of what is really important to them. Maybe the soccer lessons are not as much fun anymore for the child and they would rather have a new bike to play with their friends or a designer jacket to fit in better at school.

Youll never know the answers to these questions until you sit down with them and let them tell you what they want. It is critically important to discuss finances with a child at a young age. Too many of our young adults are going through college and life saddled with debt and limitations because no one wanted to talk about money when they were young. Talk about it, make it a priority and change your familys perception about money and what is possible in life. Its only when we take active steps to counter a situation that it improves and we grow.

Dear God It's Me and It's Urgent

Posted by patrick

By Marion Stroud

You might hope 2009 slows down for you, but the truth is, in our fast-paced society everything is urgent. What should you do about Aunt Em, who has moved into residential care this year and expects you to visit weekly? You enjoying listening to her memories of years gone by, but truth be told, all the while you are there you are thinking about your to-do list. Between transporting children to appointments, shopping for groceries, and trying to hold down a work-at-home job, you are pulled in many directions. As the list of "need to do" items multiply and you require more than twenty-four hours a day to get it all down, I wonder what gets top billing on your schedule?

We've just moved into a different house and for the last couple of weeks, the only thing in my line of vision has been brown cardboard packing cases. Today I discovered two things that were right at the bottom of a box marked "Marion. Personal." Swathed in tissue paper was an ornament that I bought while on holiday in Greece a few years ago. A carved hand cradles a small girl, who leans trustingly against the protective marble fingers that curve around her. Underneath it, lay a framed piece of card that usually sits on the bookcase in my study. A dear friend wrote the sentiment just for me in beautiful calligraphy. "My child" it said, "Trust me. I have everything under control. Jesus."

Does "everything" actually mean "everything"? Can I really lean on God for the little things that loom so large when families gather together? Can I trust Him with Uncle Joe, who is so tactless and quite likely to tell his sister that she's gained weight - a very sensitive subject - since last they met? Can I trust Him to help me to figure out how to provide a celebration meal for our extended family when money is short after this year's financial losses? Will He help me to remain peaceful and joyful when our youngest son and his partner are dividing their children's time between two different homes?

Years ago, when my children came in from school, tired and perhaps a little grumpy after a demanding day, we would make a drink and sit down together for a few quiet moments. Sometimes they didn't want to say much. Just curling up bedside me on our saggy old sofa was enough. At other times it would all come pouring out. And then they would run off to play - comforted.

Today, before I do anything else I'm going to curl up on the sofa for a few brief moments with God. "Dear God it's me." I'll say. "And You know it is urgent. I'm way behind with everything, and I can't create more days in which to get it all done. You know what I'm facing Lord. You understand my hopes, my fears, my strains and my stresses. Hold onto me Lord. Help me to curl up confidently in the palm of your hand. Let me hear those words again, spoken just to me. 'Marion. Trust Me. I have everything under control. Jesus.'"

Marion Stroud lives in Bedford, England. She is a wife, mother of five adult children and grandmother to eleven grandchildren. She is an established, popular author and sought-after speaker whose books have been translated into 14 languages. In her spare time she enjoys walking, supporting and encouraging missionaries and traveling. Listeners enjoy her British accent and request readings just to hear her speak.

The Importance of Fostering Creativity When Learning Dance

Posted by patrick

By Sarah Wilkiamson

Dance is a very creative form of art. When looking for a dance school for your child you should choose a dance school that encourages creativity. When a student is passionate about dancing they can be creative and it will make them a great performer.

Schools that foster creativity summon the best from your child, giving them the tools to express themselves with dance. This form of art develops creativity.

There a various ways a school can foster creativity:

Games: The teacher can create a lesson that would make students enjoy dancing. Games can often make dancing very enjoyable and at the same time the students will learn something from it. Students would look forward to lessons when they include games and enjoy learning many new skills.

Competitions: There's a little bit of competitiveness in all of us and it's very healthy when kept at the right level. As well as generating incentive to learn more and develop new skills, competitiveness teaches children to be winners. The right teacher is able to keep this in check and ensure that young students are not stressed by competition.

Acting: acting in the form of mime is an integral part of dance. In fact mime is how a dance can tell a story or show emotion. Mime is a special form of acting that young children especially enjoy. When they learn how to do this they will bring out creativity in their dancing.

If you want to help your child to be a better dancer they need to be creative.

Motivation: motivating students will help them learn quickly. Students need motivation in order for them to focus on the task and learning is much easier for them when they are being motivated.

Concentration: Short concentration spans are common and easily overcome by using a variety of learning aids and methods. The skills they will learn will enable them to concentrate and improve their memories throughout their lives.

Stopping boredom: Another problem with younger students is that they are easily bored. Bringing a good selection of different ways to learn will prevent this from happening and result in them learning more. When their interest is kept alive they will look forward to their dance lessons.

Ensuring that creativity is part of the dance curriculum is difficult. To start with it is best to meet the teachers of the dance school. You can look over the school curriculum and see what sort of creative tools are being used by the teachers. It is also good that your child meets the teachers and sees the school, so that you will see how they react to the new environment.

Do You Use Your Subconscious Mind To Achieve What You Want?

Posted by patrick

By Ray Stendall

The subconscious mind is one of our greatest assets. It is the home of our intellectual factors that include: reason, intuition, imagination, perception, memory and the will. When we use the subconscious mind correctly, we can create anything that is in harmony with natural universal law.

The subconscious mind is completely deductive in nature, unlike the conscious mind, which is both inductive and deductive. The subconscious mind will believe anything that is impressed upon it with emotion in a consistent manner. It will even believe a lie if it is repeated often enough. Understanding this concept represents the first step in taking control of your subconscious mind so you can pursue your dreams.

The next step to effectively use your subconscious mind is to know exactly what you want and why you want it. This process of conceptualization and clarification is critical, because the subconscious mind only gets involved when it is sure you mean business! Being serious about a goal prompts an emotional response inside you. It is when emotion mixes with clarity that the subconscious mind can act on your desires. Answer these critical thinking questions:

Do you really know what you want? Can you see it clearly in your mind down to the smallest detail? Have you written it down in a clear and concise manner? Do you know why you want it? Do you believe you can obtain it? Are you willing to do whatever it takes legally and ethically to cause the manifestation of the goal?

To move forward you must be able to answer the above questions with a resounding YES! Next you want to clearly see on the screen of your mind your objective. You must begin the process of associating deeper emotions with the objective. Deep emotions can be created through using your five senses and the process of autosuggestion.

Let me give you an example of how this works: Lets suppose you want a new car. You must see the car, feel the car, drive the car, listen to the stereo, touch the soft leather and enjoy your favorite beverage while in the car to create an emotionalized memory. You might even want to rent the car so that you can actually feel the experience of driving it and really fix in your mind what it would be like to own it.

An emotionalized memory will last for a period of time as you go about your daily business. To enhance and feed your mind more emotional fuel, it is wise to take pictures, video and record your thoughts about the experience so that you can strengthen your emotionalized memory of the experience. Daily, spend time impressing these thoughts and feelings upon your subconscious mind including, what you want and why you want it. Do this with a loud confident voice as you relive the newly created memory.

By following this process, you will take your burning desire and turn it into a white hot burning desire as Napoleon Hill likes to say. This white hot burning desire together with your subconscious mind will increase your awareness for people and things that can help you move in the direction of your dreams. I have used this technique for 20+ years and it works like clockwork. Give it a try today!

The Best Way To Gain Your MCSE Certificate

Posted by patrick

By Scott Edwards

Microsoft MCSE is one of the most coveted and sought-after commercial accreditations available, which is why there are so many companies trying to make money from selling the courses. Trying to find the most up-to-date MCSE certificate training available in the UK today isn't easy. When looking, you'll soon realise that the quality of courses varies enormously, and there are some very good ones, but some that it would be a miracle if anyone finished them!

Potential MCSE students tend to fall into one of two camps: You could be looking to enter the IT industry, and your research has confirmed that there's a huge demand for people with this qualification. Or perhaps you're already an IT professional looking to consolidate your skill set with the MCSE certification.

The individual who's new to the industry is likely to start at a more fundmental level, and will need some preparation prior to the MCSE training. The IT professional will have a complete grasp of the principles, so is ready to start at a point where the new student would be lost. It's essential to make sure you're on the course that's right for you. Find a computer training company that will spend time discussing and assessing your needs before offering a course that suits you.

When comparing training companies, watch out for those who cut costs by not upgrading their courses to the latest level of Microsoft development. This really isn't a saving for the student as they'll potentially have an outdated MCSE certificate or qualification.

When choosing which type of training course will give you the best chance of passing, note that books and classrooms have been left behind by interactive PC-based training. This is now regarded as the best system in the world to develop IT skills. MCSE training can now be delivered on a set of interactive discs, which create the most highly developed learning environment we've ever had.

Don't overlook the importance of a good support package. The standard of support from most providers will leave you wanting. Make sure you choose a course that's fully supported with a 24/7 team of experts who are able to help you whenever you need them. Many colleges only offer a message system outside of office hours which is no good if you're working. There are courses which offer genuine 24/7 support and they're also more reasonably priced than you'd think.

A computer training company's focus should be on the best outcome for their clients, and they should be passionate about what they do. Career study isn't just about taking exams - it should be about sorting the right job for you and then taking the course you need to get you there.

By beginning with the end in mind, ask for help in choosing the job role that will suit you most, by looking at your personality, likes and dislikes in the working environment. Ask for a 'day in the life of' explanation of what the job is like, so you can visualise whether it's what you really want to do before you start.

Once you're sure you've found the job role for you, the right provider will design your training course to give you exactly what you need.

It's important to test yourself prior to sitting the exams. The best way to do this is Microsoft authorised exam practise software . Results show that it's difficult to pass first time without these kinds of aids. They help you to get used to the exam questions prior to taking the actual test.

Myth Busting Information on Drug and Alcohol Addiction

Posted by patrick

By Carl-Peter

If you are really trying to understand alcoholism and drug addiction, and find yourself asking, 'what is drug addiction and what is alcoholism?' hopefully I can help.

With drug addiction and alcoholism being quite complex, if you're serious about wanting to get a handle on what they are, hopefully what I'm about to share with you will help your understanding.

To understand addiction and alcoholism in depth, you would need to know things like the causes of drug addiction and alcoholism, if alcoholism and addiction is a disease, the hereditary and genetic impact on alcoholism.

But lets take it a step further back first and go deeper than that - so that we really get to the heart of the problem.

Yes - you may have a genetic predisposition towards addiction because of an alcoholic or addicted parent which increases the chances of you going down the same route life may be tough for numerous reasons so you use alcohol or drugs to cope, which can lead to alcoholism or drug addiction - but I think there is a far more basic, fundamental factor.

An emptiness and lack of wholeness are what I believe are the underlying reasons you use drugs or alcohol. I know the feeling because I've been there. You wonder what your purpose is, you feel disconnected from people - from life.

MD, Andrew Weil, explains it excellently in his book, called Natural Health, Natural Medicine. He says that addiction is NOT a pharmacological or psychological problem and cannot be solved by these methods. Rather, it is he says, a Spiritual concern at root, because it represents a misdirected attempt to experience completeness, inner satisfaction and wholeness.

So coming back to the question of what is alcoholism and what is drug addiction really? Understand that they are essentially a Spiritual problem at their core. And if you remember that, you will have a head start in recovering from them successfully.

Online Training From Microsoft

Posted by patrick

By Scott Edwards

Microsoft online training is currently available from a range of suppliers around the world. In addition to this, Microsoft training can be accessed in this country on interactive CD/DVD ROMS.

Which course will be right for you depends on which area of IT you're interested in. Look for a company with a team of advisors who will use their experience of the industry to help you work out which area is the most suitable for you.

Assessors can look at your personality and abilities and match them to a relevant training programme. They'll also be able to advise on where to start your training, based on your current skill level.

The finest quality training is delivered in a comfortable and engaging format. As you learn, you'll experience video tutorials; practical demonstrations of how to perform what to do, and interactive working arenas in which to practice your new-found skills.

Sitting in your own home at your computer or laptop, you have your own personal classroom, where you can learn from tutors who teach as if they're speaking to you alone. Having instructed you, they then do a demonstration to back it up.

Any challenges? ...Just back-up and go through it again. Then it's your turn - to have a go yourself in cutting-edge interactive labs.

This learning experience gives you the ultimate in practical involvement. Without installing any software onto your machine, you can personally work in the labs that feature on the interactive discs. So with no need for internet access, you have the freedom to work anywhere, anytime.

Look for a learning program that's fully supported, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, via an online support system. This will be done from several offices placed in different time zones around the world so there's always a mentor ready to help you solve your challenge at whatever time you're studying.

When researching training companies you'll find that many offer limited cover around office hours, and a messaging system for the rest of the time. This can cause considerable frustration if you're studying alongside a job (which most of us are!)

Microsoft training courses must include exam preparation software that's been authorised by Microsoft. It's essential to be able to practice with mock exams before you take the real thing, but as these exams are presented in a particular style, you need to be familiar with exactly how the questions are actually asked. Other exam preparation will just be too confusing.

Chakra Meditation - Chakra Sound Secrets Revealed!

Posted by patrick

By Nisal Karuiyaratna

In Sanskrit, chakra means a spinning wheel or vortex. There is another meaning to chakra, which indicates the seven chakras of the human body that relate to the seven gland systems of the body. These chakras are centers of spinning energy with the first one on the base of the spine and the seventh one at the crown.

It is known that the chakra is a center of spinning energy, and that everything that moves causes vibrations. With this vibration, you find sound and this is why different parts of the body vibrate with different chakra sounds at different frequencies.

There are not only seven independent chakra sounds for the seven chakras but also seven colors associated with the different chakras. These colors also vibrate at different frequencies where both the chakra sound and color helps in the restoration of balance in the chakras. This in turn helps in the restoring of health.

Sound healing using chakra sounds is easy to do; all that is needed is you and your voice to make you feel clearer, better and calmer within minutes. All chakra sounds should be soft and gentle, for no longer than five minutes each.

1. You start with an UH sound, which is the deepest sound you can make. You have to do this with your eyes closed and attention focused on the base chakra, found at the spine base. You have to be aware of the sound resonance in the body; not from your throat, but from where the chakra is. You can complement visualization of this chakra sound with red color. This chakra sound has to be made for a minute or two but not more than five minutes.

2. The second chakra is located about three inches below the naval where you find the second chakra sound OOO. This chakra sound is complimented with the color orange and has to be chanted with eyes closed. This helps you experience the balancing of the chakra with other chakras for a minute or two.

3. OH is the third chakra sound that has to come from the navel chakra located in the navel area. Yellow is the complimenting color and the chakra sound should start softly and gently, but with a higher tone than the last sound.

4. AH is the sound people cry out when in love, and is also the chakra sound for the heart chakra. This chakra is located in the middle of the chest, and is related to love. It is associated with the color green and has to be started with a soft and gentle sound that has a higher pitch than the previous chakra sound.

5. EYE is the chakra sound for the throat chakra that can be complimented with blue. This chakra sound too has to be higher in pitch than the previous sounds.

6. The chakra sound for the third eye found in the forehead between and slightly higher than the two eyes is AYE. The color that goes with this chakra sound is indigo. The chakra sound has to start with a soft and gentle tone, but with a higher pitch than the last sounds.

7. The crown chakra situated at the top of the head is where you chant the highest sound possible, EEE. This chakra sound is complemented with the color purple that starts with the highest sound you can make, EEE. Like other chakra sounds, this chakra sound also starts softly and gently.

All the chakra sounds have to be said with eyes closed and attention focused on the respective chakras. With the focus on the chakra, the chakra sound starts projecting from the chakra and with the resonance of the sound chakras, you find each chakra balancing and aligning with the other chakras.

After the exercise, you are sure to feel light headed. It is better to relax or meditate after this to process your experience and realize the actual benefits you gain through chakra sounds.

A Proven Stress-Busting System

Posted by patrick

By Dr. Mike Gosling

Every winner relies on a PROVEN SYSTEM to manage personal stress. In this article, the first of seven, expert counselor Karen Gosling explains why we need a system to beat stress and introduces two emotion laws.

Who else wants to discover how to manage their stress ... take control of their emotional health once and forever ... and know that it was worth it? If you are ready to learn how to survive stressful times ... then this is going to be the greatest message you ever seen and read. Why? Because what I'm about to show you will literally turn your personal stress around ... so you take control and manage your emotions!!

Every successful person relies on a PROVEN SYSTEM to manage personal stress. Look around you and you'll notice a proven system in action. From understanding your emotional brain to how it works to what actually happens to you, what you undergo when you experience stress.

When you can VISUALIZE how your thinking influences your feelings, you can use the strategies repeated times. You will begin to follow a SPECIFIC set of procedures and instructions.

It's no wonder successful people can achieve and get so much done... Because they have a PROVEN SYSTEM! But unfortunately, not everyone in the world uses a PROVEN SYSTEM to survive personal stress. And now you can understand why people are suffering in their life dramas.

Sure, successful people can achieve and get so much accomplished... Because they have a PROVEN SYSTEM! But unfortunately, not everyone in this world uses a PROVEN SYSTEM to survive personal stress. And that's why people are suffering in their life dramas.

1) Predictable 2) Repeatable

Here's why gambling is NOT a PROVEN SYSTEM and cannot be considered a fruitful activity (for the casual gambler) is because you can neither ACCURATELY predict your next win, nor repeat your previous win ALL the time! The bottom line: If you want to always BEAT your life dramas, learn and use a PROVEN SYSTEM!

Before ending today's lesson, I want to share with you two vital psychological concepts.

I call them the TWO IMMUTABLE LAWS OF EMOTION.

1st Immutable Law of Emotion - EXPRESS EMOTION. If you want to succeed emotionally, always remember that you need to EXPRESS EMOTION.

There are four ways you can express emotion.

1. Understand and effectively express they way you feel about various issues; that's, in the right way, to the right degree and at the right time.

2. Effectively use and be confident in using non-verbal emotional cues, e.g, body language and tone of voice, to communicate how you feel.

3. Create a better understanding about yourself amongst your family, friends, and colleagues.

4. Be genuine and trustworthy.

So, before you start applying your system to survive personal stress ask yourself how you can express yourself in one or more ways above.

2nd Immutable Law of Emotion - RECOGNIZE EMOTION. There are many ways you can reognize emotion, but here are four.

1. In today's stressful environment, your must be able to recognize emotion in yourself and in others.

2. Be open to emotions; be attentive to whether words, voice tone, and body language match.

3. Become good at picking up when people are saying something that differs from reality.

4. Use focal attention and pick up on the mood of a room or your environment.

The truth is, people BEHAVE, both passively and aggressively. They want to deal with their pain and joy - and will often blame others. So make sure you develop a unique ability to express and recognize emotion if you want to BEAT your life drama.

In my next article, I'm going to share with you the primary step in my PROVEN Stress-Busting Success System that has helped thousands to survive personal stress.
