Most people recognize that when you look good, you feel good and you're happier overall.
I'm sharing 3 "secrets" to look and feel your best. They might seem obvious once you see them but most successful people became so by doing the basics.
1. Make sure your attire is supporting good feelings.
Even if there's no one to really dress up for, what you're wearing affects how you feel. Make sure your clothes fit and accentuate your body the way you want. Even if you're alone at home, you'll see yourself in the mirror and say, "Hello, beautiful." Give yourself a pat on the back while you're at it too.
2. Make sure your physique is supporting good feelings.
Everyone knows that we all need to exercise. I'll go one farther though... do exercise that makes you feel great. Skip the marathon sessions on the treadmill for some high intensity interval training or lifting some heavy weights. Don't overdo it though. You've done well if you feel great afterward.
3. Make sure your hair supports good feelings.
Most men go to a $15 barber and many women try to save money by cutting their hair themselves. Don't do it unless style isn't a concern of yours. There's a reason they're called "hair stylists." If you haven't been to one, she can work a miracle on your hair.
Do all three and you'll be ready to conquer the world. You'll look good and feel great.
