How to Program Your Mind for Rapid Weight Loss, Part 1

Do you have any old pictures of yourself back when you were young and skinny? Apha brain wave thinking can help turn those old pictures into current reality. In this first part of three articles, you will learn to lower your brain wave frequency, tap into the resources of your deeper mind, and program yourself to lose weight fast.

The visualization faculties of the human mind are used whenever someone tries to recall a past event, especially an event that is full of vivid images. Negative examples of visualization are: worry, doubt, and fear. In the self programming techniques you are about to learn, you will use the pictures of your mind in a positive, constructive way.

Step one, in making visualization work for you is to learn how to lower your brain wave frequency to 8 or 10 hz/sec, also known as Alpha. This is the state of mind you are at while dreaming. This is the state of mind where you can program your subconscious mind to accomplish anything you desire.

You can easily lower your brain wave frequency by inducing the dream state, which is when rapid eye movement occurs. You can do this while conscious simply by raising your eyes about 15 degrees above an imaginary line extended in front of you. Close your eyelids, and R.E.M. will trigger. You are now on your way down to Alpha.

Take a deep breath and remain still for a moment, so that your mind can sink deeper and deeper into the Alpha state. You are now ready to harness the resources of your deeper mind. Your mind was meant to serve you, but you need to give it a positive direction, in a language that it understands.

Your deeper mind uses pictures for its words and sentences. You must use pictures to tell your subconscious mind what you want materialized. In turn, it will work for you around the clock, helping you to overcome obstacles and to reach your goals in the best possible way, to lose weight healthfully, rapidly, and permanently.

In Part Two of this three part series, you will learn how to paint clear images within your mind. You will learn to paint images of your future self, trim and fit, so that your subconscious will begin to work its magic for you. You will discover how easy it will be to stick to your diet and exercise program, once you have programmed your deeper mind.
